With the ever expanding AMRC sheffield bringing more technologies to the area we have recently completed the manufacture of these stainless steel cooling coils. The rings on this unit were rolled to the design given by our customer and then vacuum brazed to give the highest integrity of seal to the coils.

Design And Build Systems
This is an example of a mini steel quenching system designed and built by us recently for a local steel testing company. The remit design remit was that the system should be suitable for use with oil and water for cooling down steel quickly effectively. We designed and built a stainless steel mobile tank fitted with a Mono M series pump and electrical controls. The pump delivered the oil or water in through an internal spray bar to create agitation to reach all areas of the metals being lowered into the unit with the lifting basket. We also fitted a lower filter tray to catch any scale which would be present.


 

We have recently completed the design and build of a well known sheffield favourites new production line. The Brand of Hendersons Relish is held in high esteem to the peole of Sheffield and is becoming widely known across the UK and is available globally to Ex pats and to converts of the Sheffield Black Gold.
From the initial design and flow of the production process we completed the project within the timeframe and under the budget set out. This included stainless steel mixing and holding tanks, hygienic stainless steel pumps, pipework and valves. All the batching and mixing controls systems includding programming and operator training.
We were also tasked with dismantling the existing bottling plant relocating to the new factory, refurbishing and renewing all electrical and control equipment. We were delighted to be asked to deliver this project and we are very proud to be associated with this brand.

Below is an example of the service we can offer- these twenty 80 bar 5lpm power packs were supplied and installed locally in double quick time to reduce our customers production down time. This included the installation of 300+ metres of high pressure pipework, control valves and brackets. Plus the manufacture and supply of 40 double acting cylinders fitted with linear position controls.

As well as supplying new pneumatic equipment we can also service and repair your cylinders and control equipment. Doesnt matter how old the cylinder is we can normally repair cylinders using genuine parts from Norgren or martonair, or we can manufacture seals, rods and caps to suit.
